The 2018 Ride For Jillian

Memphis Communications Corporation is a sponsor and one of seven stops for the team of 15 motorcycle riders as they journey across America from Scottsdale, AZ to Washington, DC on their annual charity ride to the Rolling Thunder motorcycle rally, in honor of Military P.O.W. and M.I.A. The cross-country portion of the Patriot Pack ride is in support of The Jillian Fund, a charity that was started in memory of Jillian Gorman. The Fund provides financial support to parents of children who are suffering with life-threatening illnesses requiring critical care so that they can stay with their children during treatments in the hospital. MCC is honored to be a part of this worthy cause for the fourth year in a row. On May 22, 2018, we will be welcoming these men to our 4771 Summer Ave location, and showing our support for them as they Ride for Jillian. Their goal for this year is to raise $100,000 for the Jillian Fund to help families in need during a very bad time in their lives. It is truly a site to be seen when the custom Harley Davidson motorcycles pour into the MCC parking lot. Inside, the MCC employees anxiously wait to give the riders a huge, warm MCC welcome with breakfast in our cafeteria and a presentation to follow in our theater with a donation check on behalf of MCC. Media is welcome to attend the event, meet the Patriot Pack and learn more about this worthy cause.
