We had a fantastic experience with MCC Solutions for a recent event we hosted at Evangelical Christian School (ECS), which required professional audio and video. From start-to-finish MCC was a great partner in making sure we had what we needed for our event to be a success. They were gracious and flexible, especially with our event having to be postponed due to snow.
Nonetheless, they worked around our schedule and delivered.
Clif Dowell, Alex Alston and Jason Sage, were an outstanding team and we enjoyed having them onsite. We appreciated their expertise and suggestions to give us and our guests the best experience possible.
Our program featured current Major League Baseball player and alumnus, Brent Rooker, who shared about his baseball journey. His speaking plus video elements made excellent audio/video crucial to the success of our event, and with MCC we were in the best hands. We look forward to trusting them with our technology needs in future ECS events.

We've used MCC for a couple of church events this past year, and the experience has been uniformly excellent. Clifton Dowell, Joseph King, and their team of professionals went above and beyond to get us a great price on equipment rental and operation without sacrificing quality. I had the pleasure of working with Octavious, and I couldn't be more impressed. He came out to fix our copier, and his professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem clearly, and got everything running smoothly again in no time. Octavious is not only knowledgeable but also friendly and respectful.

Thank you, Sam, for your help. I put in a work order to have a technician come out and fix an error we had but Sam called me and walked me through the process and was able to fix. This was great because I work at a school and the teachers need their copies. So, to be able to get this fixed same day was amazing. I also learned how to work my machine and trouble shot. Thanks Sam.

Amazing service! Justin Tidwell was able to fix an issue that I had been dealing with for weeks in just a little over an hour! I had several other visits from a technician with no resolution. I thought the machine was going to be a lost cause. But, today, it is back up and running! Thank you soooooooooo much!!!!

Jeff Shuttleworth came out and took care of our printer issues promptly and efficiently! He was kind and professional the duration of his visit. He even showed us how to access our printer online and update the address book! -Emily, SDH

All I can say is SAGE DUFFEY is the best!! He was prompt and professional! He may look like a young kid but he has the heart and passion of an old soul. He made sure that all my questions were answered and even answered questions I didn't know I had. For example, I had no clue that our machine could make banners. Sage came in and showed me how to not only print them but design them as well. He was great in getting me set up with a brand-new machine for an additional site for our organization and was able to get us scheduled quickly for install and setup. I can't say enough about him. And I love that he was willing to come to our office and work through our issues with me. It's one thing to have someone walk you through a process over the phone or through chat, it's a completely different experience and interaction when they will stop what they are doing and come to you to help you. RAC Medical Solutions has had the pleasure of working with MCC of Jackson TN for several years now. Tim Barlow, Ian Coetzee and Josh Stamey are very knowledgeable, and friendly. They are also very attentive to all our business needs. It is great to know our company is in great hands with Tim, Ian and Josh! We wouldn't trust anyone else!

Once a service request was placed, they responded quite immediately and said they were going to get someone at our office to fix our copier that afternoon, or the next morning. They came first thing the next morning and Charles was the technician. He was very courteous and helpful. He not only fixed the issue but showed me step by step on how to resolve this issue ourselves in the event it were to happen again. He also threw in some pointers and whatnot about the copier as well.

I just wanted to express how much Sports & Fitness Insurance has appreciated the excellent work from the staff at MCC Solutions. Both the Ridgeland and the Memphis offices were extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our postage needs. Our rep, Aubrey Turner, is a Godsend. He is knowledgeable and always answers my questions and arrives timely when I need his help. He is a pleasure to work with and always has a smile on his face. Good job everybody!!

MCC did a great job installing the new video conferencing equipment in our main board room. Jonathan, Jason, and Jason are fantastic at their job and are very knowledgeable about the equipment. The quality of our video conferences is so much better. You guys did an awesome job!
