"We had a paper jam. The paper was wrapped around on of the rollers. Octavious carefully removed it so we didn't have to order a new part. He was very professional and made sure we were taken care of. Even asked about our supplies and updated our firmware. Great customer service from MCC as usual. Ever since we've had our lexmark installed, we've had a great experience. 5 stars."

Octavious came in and fixed the issue very fast, and was amazing. He was very prompt at getting everything figured out, and now the printer works perfectly. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Great person, friendly, professional, and all around awesome! 🙂

Mr. Aubrey Turner has always serviced our machines well and is
so prompt. He checks everything including our supplies to see what we are low on, if any. Then he places the order for us.
He is so efficient and jovial.

Thanks so much for the super easy transition to our new machine, going up the few stairs wasn't fun, I'm sure. Your quick service made our downtime minimum and we jumped back to work without a hitch. I would recommend Josh H, Josh S and Tim B to anyone who needs a copier/printer. They're service is always prompt and a pleasant experience.

Once a service request was placed, they responded quite immediately and said they were going to get someone at our office to fix our copier that afternoon, or the next morning. They came first thing the next morning and Charles was the technician. He was very courteous and helpful. He not only fixed the issue but showed me step by step on how to resolve this issue ourselves in the event it were to happen again. He also threw in some pointers and whatnot about the copier as well.

I just wanted to express how much Sports & Fitness Insurance has appreciated the excellent work from the staff at MCC Solutions. Both the Ridgeland and the Memphis offices were extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our postage needs. Our rep, Aubrey Turner, is a Godsend. He is knowledgeable and always answers my questions and arrives timely when I need his help. He is a pleasure to work with and always has a smile on his face. Good job everybody!!
