Thankfully, he was able to help me solve my problems by remoting in to my computer.. On my last call, Sam volunteered to speak with the Comcast technician who was installing new equipment in my office about the WiFi connections. His help solved my problems. Our phones and internet went down which made all of our printers, scanners and other networking go down as well. When we got our network back up, we could not scan or print - the settings were disrupted. I sent one email to customer service rep, Jennifer Agee. She had technician, Adam Williams, follow up with me immediately. All four of our work stations were back up and functional in just an hour! Thank you MCC TEAM! We appreciate you taking it so seriously and responding to our office emergency so quickly.
